Successful retail and supplier partnerships are enhanced or destroyed by people and their ability to deliver. This program is designed to help you define ways to identify and manage leadership in your business, as well as ways to develop and nurture that talent. It begins with a serious assessment of your leadership profile and ends with key activities and skills necessary to grow that skill base. The leadership assessment is customisable to suit any level of staff member and can be conducted as part of the program or, if preferred, as a pre-assessment to the course. The program explores cognitive and mechanical leadership dimensions and results in personal action plans for the development of these dimensions. From the leadership program the delegate has an option of continuing with personal mentoring or coaching thereafter to ensure the skills and habits required for effective leadership are firmly embedded.
