Team Building

We have some fun but mostly this is a workshop to build insight, commitment and a shared understanding of what makes good teams work. Team profiles contribute toward this understanding and we explore the team make-up and identify its inherent risks and stand-out strengths. We build mechanisms to enhance closer and more effective goal directed team activities, and we suggest opportunities for individual congruence and self awareness for the greater good of the team. The facilitator has personally written articles in leading journals on the subject of team leadership, designed business specific team building seminars and training and guest lectured internationally on team effectiveness and contribution. This is truly a unique opportunity to understand the effectiveness and latent opportunity encompassed in your team.
