Strategy Development

Strategic planning is a process that involves analysis, interpretation, risk, planning and monitoring. The whole process is a finely balanced combination of empirical analysis and innovation and needs to be lead by someone unbiased and focused on factual process and market knowledge. This program helps you understand and take advantage of a strategic planning process for use in multiple occasions outside of the course constraints. It is not designed to build a watertight strategy but rather to introduce strategic thinking and strategy development processes to the delegates. (We can and do regularly facilitate organizational strategy sessions!)
