The course looks at the skills and tools necessary to manage a team of people all committed toward a shared end goal – and if the end goal is not that “magnetic” then we explore ways to ensure the team does not lose momentum and commitment toward achieving shared responsibilities. The content comes from either a pre-assessment of the team or follows a curriculum that has been put together for relative newcomers to the management arena. It is trained by vastly experienced managers who have many years of very senior management experience between them in New Zealand and Internationally. Many of the skills are described in some detail in our Management Assessment Centre
