Leadership Assessment

Successful retail and supplier partnerships are enhanced or destroyed by people and their ability to deliver. We share processes, tools and methodologies for measuring, developing and managing your own and other people’s talent and leadership either inside or external to your business. This program is designed to help you define ways to identify and manage leadership in your business, as well as ways to develop and nurture that talent. Alternatively the program can be used exclusively to develop leadership talent but we then recommend that the delegates are first placed through a leadership assessment . The program explores cognitive and mechanical leadership dimensions and results in personal action plans for the development of these dimensions. From the leadership program the delegate has an option of continuing with personal mentoring or coaching thereafter to ensure the skills and habits required for effective leadership are firmly embedded.
